Our Loan Syndications Team in Asia is part of the Unicredit's Global Markets and Investment Banking group ("MIB"). Our focus is to arrange, underwrite and distribute senior and subordinated loans for clients of Unicredit's MIB teams. Loan Syndications supports the following MIB deal teams: Corporates & Financial Institutions, Acquisition and Leveraged Finance, Project & Commodity Finance, Structured Real Estate Finance, and Shipping Finance. As a result of Unicredit's global syndication capabilities we are able to access a broad array of financial institutions when syndicating bank loans.
